Role Description
Ideal Backround:
- 5 + years in luxury hotel group sales, events, or operations.
- Experience with high - end leisure groups and wellness retreats.
- Fluent in english, additional languaje are a plus.
Key Responsabilities:
- Oversee operational planning and execution of retreats and group bookings.
- Conduct group resume, BEO reviews, and pre-con meetings.
- Coordinate with related teams at the hotel.
- Understands group profitability and revenue optimization.
- Search for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
