Returns Financial Analyst

**Job Objectives**:
Returns finance analyst is interested in a dynamic position with a broad scope of responsibilities related to the cost of the returns products, on hand with analytics and accounting.
This position will be responsible for providing cost-deep dive composition for returns in the Personal System & Print.
The main goal is to provide analysis at the lowest level of granularity possible in a timely fashion that helps our organization make data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience while achieving financial goals for the organization.
**Expectations**:
Improve reports, alignment on rates, and new deliverables for PS &Print business and be aligned with the remarketing sales team.
90% alignment on forecast vs actuals (Flash vs MEC).
Prepare meeting of Operations and be able to explain the information of actuals (Returns rate, mix, recoveries).
