Revenue Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly analytical and operationally driven Revenue Operations Specialist to support our growing operations. This role will play a key part in optimizing revenue processes, improving operational visibility, supporting client billing workflows, and driving performance alignment across Recruiting, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced BPO or staffing environments, with strong exposure to revenue tracking, billing operations, workforce analytics, forecasting, KPI reporting, CRM management, and client-facing operational support.
