JOB DESCRIPTION- RIS P2P Executive Department: RIS P2P Job description: Processing of electronic medical records as per the established guidelines and Quality Assurance protocols. To use a systematic approach to identify, analyze, cross check and examine reports. Timely and appropriate communication to all concerned as per the protocol. Strict adherence to Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA). Incumbents are capable of working independently on a variety of data entry assignments. Doing thorough cross checks of the patient demographics to any hospital requisition. To verify the current examination for the availability of the images on the servers and to follow up in any case of discrepancies. Performing cross-checks for prior images or reports. To identify errors in the data fields and ensure that erred data or information is corrected while performing timeout.
