Join Nordik Spa Village as a Rituals Spa Specialist, focusing on delivering immersive global treatments aimed at enhancing guest well-being while providing exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the Rituals Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing various spa rituals aimed at creating memorable experiences. This role also emphasizes ongoing training, participation in events, and maintaining an inviting spa environment. Engaging with guests through treatment sessions showcases both skill and warmth in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform global treatments and rituals for spa guests
• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with brand values
• Engage in regular training and skill development
• Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility
• Participate in organized events and seminars at the spa
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, or tourism valuable
• Bilingual in English and French essential
