Role Overview

Hiring experienced Mortgage Sales professionals to drive Home Loan / LAP sourcing, business development, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities


Source HL / LAP business from open market, connectors & DSA network.
Build & manage strong channel partner relationships.
Drive monthly disbursement & revenue targets.
Ensure file login, documentation & KYC compliance.
Conduct customer meetings & close deals end-to-end.
Monitor portfolio quality & coordinate with credit teams.


Candidate Requirements


1–8 years of experience in Mortgage / HL / LAP Sales.
Strong market knowledge of Bangalore.
Proven track record of achieving disbursement targets.
Graduation mandatory.
