Rotational Ops & Supply Chain Engineer - LDP Track

Rockwell Automation seeks candidates for its Leadership Development Program (LDP) in Monterrey, starting July 2026. This program is designed for early career professionals to develop essential skills through five six-month rotations, gaining insights into Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Associates will receive individualized mentoring, participate in significant projects, and can pursue individual contributor or supervisory paths upon completion. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in English for consideration.
