Position Overview

Registered Practical Nurses (RPN/LPN) for 8‑hour palliative care shifts (pediatric to geriatric) 23:00‑07:00. Bayshore HealthCare, a privately owned provider of home and community health care, seeks compassionate nurses to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in the client’s home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care to residents across the pediatric to geriatric age range.
• Deliver palliative care services, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity of patients.
• Assess, document, and communicate patient status effectively, keeping accurate records.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team, families and community resources to promote well‑being.
