OverviewWe look for a Human Resources Manager to lead and coordinate processes related to the human capital within the new launching of our brand in Mexico City.The processes to manage and lead includes recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.We expect you to handle the department individually for at least 5-6 months.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Staffing:_- Employee Relations:_- Coordinate and execute hiring process and dismissal process alongside Legal department.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Training and Development:_- Design and coordinate Induction Training Program for new employees.
- Compensation and Benefits:_- Prepare pre-payroll files for CEO and Finances- Manages salary structure and benefits packages.
