You will develop Store Managers and ensure outstanding service, profitability, and a cohesive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct effective store visits to boost manager performance
• Analyze product performance for strategic merchandising adjustments
• Recruit and retain skilled store teams
• Provide coaching on expectations and performance management
• Ensure compliance with Reitman (Canada) LTD policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Multi-Unit Management
• Post-Secondary Education preferred
