Role Description
Ready to take the lead in industrial safety compliance within a top-tier automotive environment? We’re looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer (Coordinator level) to drive safety standards, contractor coordination, and project execution at OEM level.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead compliance with ISO 45000, DIN, and Mexican safety regulations (IMSS/STM)
- Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors and suppliers
- Own project planning, scheduling, and execution tracking
- Oversee equipment/material installation aligned with safety and quality standards
- Manage energy interruption permits (lockout/tagout)
- Coordinate shutdowns, weekend, and holiday operations
- Support financial tracking, estimates, and reporting
