**Position Overview**:
The Safety and Facilities Manager will help to ensure everyone in the company complies with health and safety laws, and be responsible for establishing policies that will create and maintain a safe work environment.
The Safety and Facilities Manager must also be able to discover opportunities for improving working conditions and execute safety programs.
This role will also be responsible for the management of the manufacturing facilities.
The ability to communicate guidelines to a multi-disciplinary workforce is essential.
The goal is to ensure the workplace meets all legal expectations and actively supports occupational health and safety.
