Role Description
Become a valued team member as a salaried GP at Two Rivers Medical Centre, working 4 to 6 sessions weekly. Provide comprehensive care to a varied patient population within a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will execute essential GP responsibilities including triaging, conducting consultations, and home visits. You will assess healthcare needs, manage disease risks, and educate patients on health issues. A focus on developing tailored patient care plans in accordance with current disease management protocols is also critical.
