Role Description

The Sales Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Account Managers, ensuring the smooth execution of sales-related activities and retail marketing initiatives. Scope: This role will serve as a key liaison between the Sales, Vendor Deductions, and Marketing teams, supporting accurate item setup, promotional tracking, and vendor claim documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collect, upload, process and distribute customer sell-through reporting weekly
  • Handle vendor-specific, ad hoc requests
  • Set up / maintain vendor & SKU forecast files
  • Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to set up forecasting templates and amalgamate customer data
  • Track monthly forecasts
  • Customer set up files
  • Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to create and send new SKU set up forms for various retailers
