Role Description
The Sales Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Account Managers, ensuring the smooth execution of sales-related activities and retail marketing initiatives. Scope: This role will serve as a key liaison between the Sales, Vendor Deductions, and Marketing teams, supporting accurate item setup, promotional tracking, and vendor claim documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect, upload, process and distribute customer sell-through reporting weekly
- Handle vendor-specific, ad hoc requests
- Set up / maintain vendor & SKU forecast files
- Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to set up forecasting templates and amalgamate customer data
- Track monthly forecasts
- Customer set up files
- Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to create and send new SKU set up forms for various retailers
