Role Description

District Coordination of Sales and Aftersales through Dealer Network focus on performance, KPIs, and quarterly targets supported on Zone Managers.

Strategic (40%)
  • Planning and tuning of forecast per dealer Region.
  • Special Programs and Mix Desing for Sales and Aftersales as a whole
  • Arrangement of dealers by Performance.
  • Appointment of staff in charge of every Dealer.
Operational (50%)
  • Development of specific Dealers according to performance.
  • Remediation plan for Specific Dealers in case of low performance.
  • Tailored Remediation Plans.
  • Dealers Visiting Plans.
Resource Management (10%)
  • Team performance Management
  • Smart administration of Travel expenses.
Other Functions
  • Participation in Dealer Conventions and Forums.
