Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Sales
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients across international markets
- Target decision-makers such as purchasing managers, procurement heads, and business owners
- Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion through effective sales techniques
- Client Interaction & Communication
- Understand prospect requirements and deliver tailored value propositions
- Maintain professional, persuasive, and brand-aligned communication
- Handle objections and guide prospects toward successful closures
- Sales Process & Documentation
- Accurately record call outcomes, prospect details, and follow-up actions in CRM systems
- Maintain consistency in pipeline tracking and reporting
