About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Victor. This hybrid role will be based in Mississauga or Toronto and requires working at least three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by partnering with Benefits Advisors to review quotes for prospective clients and present compelling proposals.
• Manage all financial responsibilities for assigned existing accounts, including annual renewals and related billing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Benefits Advisors, anticipating their needs to encourage them to bring business to Victor.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Victor's client management processes, systems, and underwriting guidelines.
