The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at every LensCrafters store. The role of the Sales Associate helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the optician as needed.
