We are now hiring a Sales & Customer Service Manager to help us build and lead both sides of the operation. This is not a traditional customer service role. Sales comes first here. We are looking for someone who understands that every conversation, every call, every follow-up, and every customer touchpoint is an opportunity to convert, upsell, retain, and improve lifetime value.
