Drive top-of-funnel growth with Brightly as a Sales Development Team Lead. This hybrid position blends individual prospecting and frontline coaching, making an impactful contribution to our teams.
As a Team Lead within the Sales Development organization at Brightly, you will guide a high-performing SDR team while managing your own active prospecting pipeline. Your expertise in outbound execution and mentoring will enhance team performance and success. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Sales Development, you will collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment across your vertical market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor SDRs on prospecting strategies and call techniques
• Ensure quality execution of outbound cadences
• Assist in onboarding and rapid ramping of new SDRs
• Provide insights on target personas and buyer dynamics
• Maintain individual pipeline with a monthly target of 5 SAOs
Requirements:
• 12+ months of SDR experience, preferably at a senior level
