Lingua Learn Colombia is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to lead business development in the corporate market, identifying opportunities with companies that require language training and professional development programmes for their teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key decision-makers (HR managers, training managers, general managers) and prospect companies in need of language training solutions.
  • Generate business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline.
  • Present tailored corporate training solutions based on client needs.
  • Conduct sales presentations, programme demos, and virtual or in-person meetings with companies.
  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients.
