Sales / Field Service Technician
Base pay range: CA$25.00/hr - CA$30.00/hr.
Location: Calgary, AB, with travel to British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
We are a global industrial machine manufacturer seeking a Sales/Field Service Technician with a mechanical academic background and experience in industrial automation equipment repair.
Responsibilities
- Travel locally and nationwide to customer locations to identify technical problems and perform in‑office repair.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and on‑site service for products or equipment at client locations.
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products or solutions, and support the sales process to achieve targets.
- Oversee or perform installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
