Role Description
Become a Sales-Focused Bilingual Recruiter managing the recruitment lifecycle effectively. Connect with high-caliber candidates and support sales initiatives through a hybrid work model.
In this role, you will facilitate the recruitment of sales talent, working closely with hiring managers to identify needs. Responsibilities include creating job postings that attract the right candidates and conducting multiple screening sessions. You’ll also manage onboarding processes ensuring candidates are informed and prepared.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and sustain candidate pipelines for sales roles
