• Hire, train, supervise, and monitor performance of new and used sales consultants.
• Meet with sales consultants to establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales and gross profits.
• Interact with all returning and prospective customers in the dealership, helping sales consultants close deals as needed.
• Ensure that sales consultants understand and adhere to dealership policies, procedures and sales systems.
• Maintain dealership standards for displaying, merchandising and maintaining new and used vehicles.
• Establish procedures for quick disposal of overaged vehicles.
• Issue all demonstrators, ensure appropriate dealership records are maintained and check the condition of all demonstrators monthly.
