• Support the Sales Operations team by preparing and sending required documentation to customers.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and contact information in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team in the preparation of sales proposals and commercial documentation.
• Complete Due Diligence processes required for the creation and onboarding of new customer accounts.
• Monitor and follow up on the end‑to‑end process of parts management and conversions, ensuring timely execution and coordination across stakeholders.
