Sales Operations Specialist

Job Duties

• Leverage CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and analytic platforms to support sales operations initiatives.
• Action requirements as outlined in department reports.
• Maintain individual and departmental KPI performance including but not limited to:
• Adhering to all response time commitments
• Maintain a minimum of 98% error free actions
• Provide accurate and timely delivery of the following to the Sales team regarding internal inquiries surrounding order management for both sales and repair scenarios.
• Support and manage product order allocation processing.
• Project order management as requirements are set forth by the project management team.
