Job Description

Advanced level DIY sales position with expert knowledge of DIY business. The role requires expert knowledge of store operations, advanced automotive system knowledge, and parts knowledge.

The role is responsible for providing advanced automotive problem resolution, including identification, troubleshooting, and project assistance for DIY customers. It involves sourcing parts from multiple channels such as special order, FDO, and second source, and requires in‑depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes. Fleet safety experience is preferred.

• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service and DIY issue resolution.
