Compensation
This hourly position starts at $31.50/hr, with eligibility for an afternoon shift premium of $1.50/hr (DC roles only) and a potential incentive target of $1,800 contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives. The stated range is an estimate and may change; actual compensation will vary based on location, experience, and skills. Grainger reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue its compensation and benefits programs at any time, in accordance with applicable law.
