You will supervise and coordinate a team of 3-4 members, focusing on staff training, assigning tasks, and managing operational duties to ensure smooth daily functions and satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of sales staff
• Hire and train new team members effectively
• Authorize payments, manage returns, and cash
• Maintain inventory and organize merchandise
• Prepare comprehensive sales volume reports
Requirements:
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales
• Competency in Microsoft Outlook software
• Willingness to handle various work shifts
