Including tasks such as managing customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing sales documents, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Sales support executives play a crucial role in helping the sales team be more efficient and effective in their sales efforts.Responsibilities:- Schedule and prepare materials for Account Owner for customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations.
- Create/update agreements and tenders in the respective system and communicate them to concerned parties.
- Customer Relationships
- Adopt client complaints and follow up the resolution.
- Solve ad-hoc problems/transfer service issues to relevant department.
- Forward telephone and email inquiries in standard subjects to customer information center or other departments within ZIM
