Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud and custom force.com
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC
- Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OwnBackup & OwnBackup Archiver
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Advanced English is a must
- Hybrid role in CDMX
Responsibilities
- Application Management / Support & Maintenance
- Perform day‑to‑day application management activities
- Support external and internal audits and adhere to compliance processes like GxP, SOx
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Provide Level 2 support for Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or any custom force.com application and related applications
