Role Description
Responsibilities
Handling of applications using Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
Having strong focus on Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, AWS Integrations and Service Cloud Customizations.
Performing BAU activities for Service Cloud Customizations such as version upgrade of SCV, analyzing the impact of Salesforce releases on Service Cloud Voice, and incorporating new features.
Implementing omni‑channel features and providing maintenance for them.
Providing L3 support for production incidents.
Performing deployments in all lower environments.
Supporting production Salesforce releases.
