In this role you will spend roughly half your time orchestrating releases — managing deployment pipelines, coordinating across teams, and safeguarding production stability — and the other half building and maintaining high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.What we expect from you:
5+ years of experience in IT, including hands-on Salesforce development;
deep experience on the platform, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning;
proven experience owning and continuously improving release and deployment processes — sandbox strategy, source-driven deployments, environment management, release cadence, change management, and rollback procedures;
working knowledge of version control (Git) and branching strategies;
