Role Description
Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture
Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions aligned with business and commercial objectives. Architect end-to-end O2C processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Billing and Invoicing, Credit Management, and Returns and Customer Claims. Define pricing strategies, discount structures, and customer hierarchies. Ensure seamless integration between SD, FI, MM, and logistics processes. Implementation and Configuration
Configure and implement SAP SD modules in both ECC and S/4HANA environments. Support integration with Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and logistics/warehouse operations. Configure pricing procedures, billing types, and output determination. Enable real-time order tracking and reporting using S/4HANA capabilities. Project Management & Delivery
