Role Description
Role SummaryThe SAP OTC Consultant (Experienced Associate) supports end‐to‐end Order to Cash (OTC) processes within SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments. This role focuses on configuration, implementation, and support of OTC solutions, working closely with cross‐functional teams to deliver scalable and high‐quality SAP solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support and configure end‐to‐end OTC processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Invoicing, Credit Management, and Revenue Recognition.
Participate in SAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, from requirements gathering through testing and hypercare.
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP) to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure correct solution delivery.
Execute functional testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and process documentation.
Provide production and post‐go‐live support, including issue analysis and root cause resolution.
