  • Provide highly specialized technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, configuration and support of cost effective, online HR management and decision support systems, specifically in Role Based Permissions Management and Platform changes as identified by the Core HR Technology management team.
  • Resolve complex business problems under tight deadlines and changing project requirements. Manage multiple small projects, participate in and/or manage sections of large projects, and provide ongoing support to all assigned units worldwide (utilizing Agile methodologies where applicable).
