Scheduler (Bogotá)

Position Title: Scheduler

Location: Medellín, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali

Shift days, hours and time zone: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m

English required: B2+/C1

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers based on availability and geographic location.
• Ensure caregivers clock in/out on time.
• Communicate with caregivers about lateness, sick days, or absences.
• Find replacements quickly when needed.
• Manage and negotiate time-off requests.
• Keep the dashboard updated and accurate.
• Maintain clear, effective communication between staff and caregivers.

Skills

• Fluent English with clear communication.
• Knowledge of WellSky.
• Friendly and approachable.
