Formulation & ADME drives the optimization of drug candidates through globally competitive formulation development, advanced ADME/Safety and formulation strategies from the early stages of oncology drug discovery to clinic. This role provides the strategic guidance on the optimization of drug candidates. ADME/safety/physicochemical properties, accelerates the DMTA cycle through strategic study plan and the delivery of high-quality, high-quantity, and high-speed readouts and supports research leads from safety perspectives, establishing ourselves as a formulation and ADME group with global competitiveness.
