Role Description
In the GTM analytics COE our mission is to deliver impact by building machine learning products to optimize pricing and marketing investments and provide guidance to our sales organization.
As a Scrum Master, you will be in a unique position to impact a wide range of AI/ML products and their successful deployment and use. You will work with the team to both support data delivery projects that directly affect the bottom line of HP.
What you will be doing:
- Lead agile ceremonies such as daily standup sessions, backlog refinement and retrospective meetings;
- Apply Design Thinking Methodologies when analyzing and proactively suggesting and testing improvements to the teams to calibrate based on need;
- Create customized processes and agile project plans based on user criteria and requirements while actively engaging on team’s feedback;
