Your Role

The Sea Logistics Healthcare/Reefer Operational Care Manager is responsible for managing the Healthcare/Reefer Operational team(s). They are the expert in operational processes and drive a team to provide first‑class services according to the integral and national sea logistics standards. Responsible for operational excellence to support the growth, gross profit and indirect expenses for Healthcare/Reefer Team. Oversees and coordinates a team of Operations Supervisors, Team Leads and Specialists, within the Operational Care Center (OCC).
