This role reports directly to the Repair Manager and requires expertise in managing the repair portfolio and process. You will engage with customers, inspect returned materials, and determine appropriate repair operations. Strong communication skills and basic mechanical knowledge are essential for successfully resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming repair parts and assess solutions
• Enter and manage customer orders efficiently
• Verify specifications using micrometers and calipers
