Seasonal Maintenance Technician

Job Duration: May 15 - September 7, 2026
Schedule: Thursday - Sunday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Serve as the ground’s maintenance and landscaping lead for the property
- Maintain and repair all community buildings and equipment
- Assist residents with needs such as firewood delivery
- Test water and keep daily records
- Maintain pool and spa facilities
- Track and record septic system upkeep
- Preserve Health & Safety standards for the community and buildings
- Communicate regularly with the Manager
- Keep work area, tools and equipment clean
- Respond courteously and efficiently at all times
