Security Specialist

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Security Specialist located in Juarez Automotive Reporting to the Security Manager. The Security Specialist role involves supporting daily security operations, applying security rules, and ensuring safe operations across the facility.

• Apply security rules as per manuals, including but not limited to course of action, protocols, pertinent laws, regulations, and standards.
• Manage daily security operations and resolve any escalated issues.
• Assist the Security Manager with monthly guard assessment, handle emergency cases, help with investigations and audits.
• Supervise the security entrance/exit.
• Implement security improvements in accordance with corporate policies and local best practices.
