Role Description
IDT is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to represent the company for Asia and/or Africa accounts. If you're a proven sales manager with experience in managing profit targets, maintaining strong relationships, and working in a demanding daily role, you're exactly who we're looking for!
Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio of accounts. Approx 20 relationships
- Meet/exceed monthly profit targets.
- Negotiate and submit monthly/quarterly deals.
- Drive cost savings for the business and bring in new streams of traffic and opportunities.
- Liaise with other departments, e.g., Finance, Legal, Engineering, etc
- Attend Telecom shows to represent IDT and promote a full range of IDT products.
Requirements:
- 10 years’ experience in Wholesale voice
- Proven track record in sales across Asia and/or Africa.
