About The RoleSenior Accountant supporting corporate accounting, financial reporting, SEC reporting, SOX 404 compliance, and serving as a subject matter resource.ResponsibilitiesStock-Based CompensationOwn end-to-end stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718 (expense recognition, forfeitures, modifications, settlements).
Prepare, review, and analyze equity compensation schedules and roll forwards; ensure accuracy for period-end close.Provide subject matter guidance on equity compensation to cross-functional partners (HR, Legal, Payroll).
Lead preparation/review of equity-related SEC disclosures (footnotes and supporting documentation).
