Role Description
Responsibilities
- Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis, monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare and record journal entries and cost allocations, and perform other required accounting functions and analysis.
- Perform accounting and internal reporting functions, including invoicing, monitoring and following up on outstanding receivables, and assisting with the purchases and payables accounting process.
- Assist with corporate month‑end internal reporting and external audits by preparing working papers and providing supporting documentation throughout the audit process.
- Provide ongoing accounting and finance support to project teams.
- Assist the Head Office accounting department with other projects, as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working in a corporate accounting or public accounting role.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
