Senior Accountant Manager

What You’ll Do

• Own key portions of the monthly and annual close without follow-up
• Perform deep reconciliations and resolve discrepancies independently
• Work across systems (QuickBooks, ERPs, payroll & expense tools)
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation
• Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times
• Proactively flag risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities

Requirements (non-negotiable)

• 4–6 years of hands‑on accounting experience
• Proven ownership of close processes (not just support)
• Strong QuickBooks or ERP experience
• Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and reconciliations
• Advanced English (daily communication with U.S. team)
• High attention to detail and low tolerance for errors
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
