Role Description
At MNP, we seek a Senior Accountant with specialization in cross-border individual taxation. Engage with diverse clients while delivering strategic tax solutions across Canada and the U.S.
This role will place you at the forefront of individual income tax return management for clients engaged in cross-border income. You will utilize your expertise to assist with estate planning and client compliance. Further, you will lead teams and help mentor junior accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage income tax return preparation for U.S.-Canadian clients
• Advise on tax policy changes and compliance solutions
• Prepare professional technical reports and correspondence
• Lead and develop team relationships with clients
• Identify tax issues and propose resolution strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA
