A lot of CPA firms talk about “broad exposure.” What they usually mean is you’ll prepare the same file for 5 years, just with slightly different tabs in Excel. This isn’t one of those firms.

This is the sort of mid‑sized Toronto CPA firm where people still sit near each other, ask questions out loud, and learn by actually being involved in things. Not by waiting 3 years for permission. You’d be joining a collaborative team of around 20 professionals working across tax, assurance, accounting, and advisory services for owner‑managed businesses, high‑net‑worth individuals, investment companies, healthcare professionals, and financial services clients.
