Role Description
The Senior Advisor, Organizational Development (OD), plays a critical role in shaping and strengthening Seaspans organizational effectiveness across a complex, multi-disciplinary shipbuilding and repair environment.
This role provides strategic and hands‑on expertise in organizational design, employee engagement, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Development & Change, the Senior Advisor will help establish organizational development‑related frameworks, lead HR‑sponsored enterprise initiatives, and translate organizational data into actionable strategies that enhance performance, culture, and employee experience.
This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
